About Me

My name is Aaron Zimmerman. I currently work as the director of content production at the global esports organization, TSM, as well as the influencer marketing manager at the software development company, Blitz. I have collectively wrote, produced, coordinated, directed, and edited hundreds of branded and original short- and long-form content videos in esports. I am also an award-winning short filmmaker, with projects recognized by CINE, Paramount Studios, IMDB, the TCL Chinese Theater, as well as several domestic and international film festivals.
My two passions have always been gaming and film. In retrospect, my hope is that I will be able to give back to the mediums that have always fascinated me, have always been reliable for escapism, and have undoubtedly played a massive role in shaping who I am today.

My Work in Esports
I am currently employed at the global esports organization, TSM, where I have collectively written, produced, coordinated, directed, edited, and managed over 300+ productions for the content team since November 2020.
Projects span original content for the brand's YouTube channels + social media platforms, and deliverables for affiliated partners and sponsors, such as General Motors, Geico, Jersey Mike's, Logitech G, Zenni, and Twitch.

While pursuing a high school and college education (and to this day), I have always made time to write, direct, and/or edit a number of independent films - many of which have premiered at various film festivals and became recipients of film awards including the CINE Golden Eagle, which has been regarded as the highest honor in national student media.

Freelance Work
Beginning my senior year of college, and to this day, I have worked as a freelance editor for various clients.
I have post-produced and edited everything from travel vlogs and interviews to film trailers and documentaries.
With each project, I try to work as closely with the artist behind the content as I possibly can -
after all, it is their stories I am tasked with bringing to life!
